Gigantic Mincraft Fortress
This fortress is pretty bog-standard, but a good idea how to connect rooms. I would perhaps change some of the textures to make it less samey, but it's an impressive build all the same!

Moat Cailin (Song of Ice and Fire, Game of Thrones)
Fantasy books often provide the best inspiration for Minecraft builds, often containing fantastic castles, moats and vistas. The George R R Martin series of books - A Song of Fire and Ice - are no exception to this, and below we have the towers the men of the North occupy - Moat Cailin.
